Our Service allows you to create music, lyrics, and other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you create, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

For Subscribing Users: We claim no ownership rights over the Content you create. For subscribing users, all intellectual property rights, including full copyright and usage rights, to the Content created on our platform belong to you. You can use your creations for any purpose, commercial or personal, without restriction from us.

For Non-Subscribing Users: If you are using a free version of our Service, you grant Musgen.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your Content.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to create the Content and that your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or any other rights of any person.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To generate or disseminate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

6. Refund Policy

If you are a subscribing user and have not used the paid features of the Service (i.e., have not generated any content under your subscription), you may request a full refund within three (3) days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@musgen.ai. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Musgen.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
